• By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
• The prize draw is being run by CleoTech Marketing Services Ltd.

Eligibility to enter

• The competition is open to UK residents of any age. If you are under 18 years old, you represent and warrant to us by entering this competition that your parents/guardians have consented to your entry and to these Terms and Conditions, which they have read. Proof of age and identity may be required.   
• Soccer Aid Productions Limited and CleoTech Marketing Services Ltd employees are excluded from entering.
• By entering into the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
• A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
• The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

• Entrants must complete the web form on the competition entry page https://www.sportsforgood.xyz/ in full to be entered into the prize draw.
• The prize draw will include those who have submitted an entry and meet the above criteria as of midnight on 31st July 2024.
• We will not accept responsibility if input required is incomplete or inaccurate or missing.

The prize

• The prize will be 1 x signed World XI football shirt, provided by Soccer Aid Productions Limited.
• The use of a particular brand(s) as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
• The winner will be drawn at random.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
• The decision of CleoTech Marketing Services Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

• The winner will be notified on/after 1^st August on the contact details provided in the completed entry form.
• CleoTech Marketing Services Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
• If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and we reserve the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

• Please allow 60 days for delivery of the prize.
• Delivery is to UK addresses only.

Data protection and publicity

• All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at [email protected]
• The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants if requested via CleoTech Marketing Services Ltd.
• An announcement of the winners first name will be made on social media channels via the account @cleodottech
• All personal information shall be used in accordance with CleoTech Marketing Services Ltd Privacy Notice https://www.cleo.tech/privacy

Limitation of Liability

• CleoTech Marketing Services Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment, death or personal injury suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for the prize.
• CleoTech Marketing Services Ltd does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General

• CleoTech Marketing Services Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
• The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
